Account Manager – Advertising (Senior Level)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the timely delivery of creative work for our advertising portfolio. The role balances strategic insight with hands‑on project coordination, driving commercial success for both clients and the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead client calls and meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for campaign feedback.
• Analyse client marketing and social content plans, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to market research.
• Develop creative briefs, brief creative teams, critique work, and ensure output aligns with client briefs and regulatory standards.
• Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate internal resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Gather client feedback throughout the development process and facilitate sign‑off, while identifying opportunities to improve agency processes and profitability.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in advertising or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent oral and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Strong project‑management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of budgetary constraints.
