Account Manager – B2B (High Commission)

About the role

We empower enterprises to accelerate their business transformation by leveraging advanced technologies. As an Account Manager you will build long‑term relationships with B2B customers across sectors such as banking, finance, retail, hospitality and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rapport with customers in targeted segments, including banking & finance, multinational corporations, professional services, retail, hospitality and construction.
• Design proactive sales and total‑solution selling strategies that address client challenges and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer stickiness through effective account development plans and regular engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and sell a wide range of products and services across an assigned territory.
• Good knowledge of IT/telecommunications products and services is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and account‑servicing skills, with a strong focus on client success.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and result‑oriented, with strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a Senior Account Manager role.
