Account Manager

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking an Account Manager in Hong Kong to build strong client relationships and drive business growth through innovative cloud and software solutions. You will act as a strategic partner, guiding customers through digital transformation and ensuring they realize the full value of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire new logos, and expand market presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with short-, mid-, and long‑term goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and own the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate across internal teams to execute sales strategies effectively.
• Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data while communicating business value.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience in high‑tech or service‑related industry, preferably software sales.
• Proven track record selling to mid‑size and large enterprise customers.
• Ability to establish relationships and quickly gain trust with C‑level executives.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Solid problem‑solving and consultative selling skills.
