Account Manager – Treasury & Cash Management

About the role

HSBC is seeking a high‑calibre Account Manager to support client query management, analyse transactional activity and help optimise treasury and cash‑management set‑ups. You will work closely with internal partners and global service teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Log, triage, follow‑up and coordinate client queries with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor day‑to‑day transactional activity, identify trends, exceptions and service friction points, and escalate when necessary.
• Analyse data and service performance to contribute to client insights, relationship reviews and optimisation recommendations.
• Identify service‑improvement opportunities, review recurring issues and support client education on self‑service and digital tools.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, global service centres and other client‑management teams to maintain consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant banking experience supporting financial institutions or corporates in service, client management, sales support or account management.
• Exposure to large multinational corporates or financial institutions is beneficial.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and drive effective outcomes.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Ownership, follow‑through and ability to act even with incomplete information.
