Accountant – Full‑time / Part‑time (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Hong Chi Association is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its Finance Office in Tai Po. The role can be structured as full‑time or part‑time, depending on the candidate’s preference and mutual agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review and support the internal control system, monitoring financial controls and procedures.
• Participate in annual budgeting, quarterly reviews and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, including salary disbursement and MPF contributions.
• Undertake ad‑hoc finance projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting (preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for an Assistant Accountant role.
• Flexibility to work part‑time; schedule to be agreed with the selected candidate.
