About the role

LUBUDS, a Hong Kong‑based hospitality group managing over 40 outlets, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to handle its full set of accounts and support financial decision‑making. The role offers a dynamic environment where accuracy and analytical thinking are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of accounts and manage daily accounting operations.
• Prepare month‑end closing schedules and related documentation.
• Analyse variances, generate financial reports and suggest improvements.
• Monitor key financial metrics and assist in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Support audit processes and tax computations.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial tasks as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Accountant role).
• Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Chinese word‑processing capability.
