Accountant

About the role

Reckitt's Finance team is seeking an Accountant to support its Taiwan operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate financial processing, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase order (PO) creation, amendment, closure and related controls for Taiwan.
• Monitor open PO status, resolve outstanding issues, and clean up aged or inactive POs.
• Process vendor invoices, prepare AP balance‑sheet reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
• Support payment processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations, investigate mismatches, and clear aged balances.
• Review and maintain vendor master data, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Assist internal and external audit requests, statutory audit, tax filing, and compliance matters.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations and reporting schedules.
• Upload financial data to reporting systems and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Participate in ad‑hoc finance projects and assignments as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounts payable, PO management, intercompany reconciliation, or vendor master data maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
