Accountant – Management Reporting / FP&A (35k‑52k)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to join the Finance team of a leading brokerage firm. You will be responsible for compiling and analysing monthly financial data, preparing management reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyse monthly revenue, cost and profitability information.
• Prepare regular management reports and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate key movements against budget and prior periods.
• Collaborate with business teams to review financial data and provide insights on revenue trends and cost drivers.
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis and business projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A or financial analysis within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to interpret financial information.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or FRM are preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or other financial systems.
