Accounting Assistant – Accounts Receivable & Credit

About the role

The Accounting Assistant – Accounts Receivable & Credit will support the finance team of Kowloon Shangri‑La by handling billing, receivables, deposits and credit control activities. You will ensure accurate financial records and assist with month‑end processes in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the city ledger accurately and ensure timely, correct billing.
• Prepare invoices, statements and credit‑card folios with proper supporting documents.
• Receive and monitor room and F&B deposits from sales, events and outlets, following up on unutilised amounts.
• Assist in preparing adjustment entries and month‑end journal vouchers.
• Support ad‑hoc business assignments as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accountancy or a related field.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SUN Accounting System (advantageous).
