Administration Manager

About the role

The Administration Manager will support the Department Head in overseeing daily operations across multiple bank locations. This role ensures smooth delivery of facilities, utilities, mailroom, and vehicle services while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily department activities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee cleaning services quality and scheduling across all branches.
• Manage procurement of utilities such as printers and water machines.
• Coordinate mail‑room operations for timely delivery and dispatch.
• Handle bank car matters, including driving‑license renewal and maintenance.
• Monitor outsourcing vendors, prepare reports and documentation.
• Coordinate renovation projects, business continuity planning, and fire‑drill arrangements.
• Prepare management reports and streamline administrative workflows.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Facilities Management, Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong supervisory, communication and analytical abilities.
• Highly responsible, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
