Advisor, Claims Enquiry

About the role

The Advisor, Claims Enquiry will handle member enquiries related to claim details, ensuring a high quality of customer service. You will work closely with the customer service and claims teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end claims experience.

Key responsibilities

• Address members' enquiries on claim details efficiently and maintain satisfactory service quality.
• Collect, manage and protect customer data in full compliance with Bupa internal policies.
• Collaborate with customer service and claims teams to provide a best‑in‑class claims journey.

Required profile

• HKDSE or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and medical insurance products and operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Chinese Word Processing capability.
