Aftersales Service Executive

About the role

The Aftersales Service Executive will oversee the repair and after‑sales processes for leather goods, ensuring high‑quality service for customers across stores and the Paris after‑sales team. This role combines coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and logistics to deliver efficient repairs and maintain premium service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with store teams on customer service and after‑sales matters.
• Handle repair and defective leather goods, assess cases, and follow up with customers.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory for leather repairs.
• Implement repair centre workflows and coordinate with craftsmen to ensure quality.
• Monitor after‑sales centre operations and maintain premium service standards.
• Liaise with external vendors and logistics teams for timely shipment of repair goods.
• Record repair files and qualitative data accurately in the system.
• Analyze monthly KPIs to improve lead time and service quality.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc after‑sales reports for management.
• Provide on‑site support across offices, warehouses, and retail stores as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in after‑sales, customer service, or logistics.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with professional communication skills.
• Passion for the brand and solid knowledge of luxury leather products.
• Independent, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and analytical.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations (office, warehouse, stores).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
