AI Data Analyst

About the role

The AI Data Analyst will act as the bridge between Greater China clients and the Asia‑Pacific development team, driving AI‑enabled digital transformation. The role blends presales storytelling with hands‑on consulting to design and deliver Agentic AI solutions and data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation conversations with customers through compelling storytelling and bilingual presentations.
• Prepare and deliver PPT demos and pitches in English and Chinese to senior executives.
• Elicit AI and data requirements, assist in scope definition, and collaborate with developers on feasibility and solution design.
• Perform requirement analysis and initial data exploration, mapping fact and dimension tables.
• Produce technical documentation, specifications, and flow diagrams.
• Develop Agentic AI demos and Power BI reports on Microsoft Fabric.
• Act as assistant project manager, overseeing requirement study, development, implementation, user training, UAT and go‑live support.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience building AI agents, BI reports (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) or low‑code applications.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
