AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to act as the principal AI subject‑matter expert for the organization. You will lead the design, development, and production of AI solutions that leverage large language models, multimodal and agentic systems to drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate an enterprise AI roadmap, investment cases, and measurable value to executive stakeholders.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to translate strategic objectives into an AI architecture covering data, models, and workflows.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, integrating foundation models, reasoning agents, and data pipelines into enterprise systems.
• Establish target operating models for MLOps, model lifecycle management, versioning, governance, and observability.
• Set up governance frameworks for data lineage, model validation, and responsible AI use.
• Maintain expertise in emerging AI technologies such as retrieval‑augmented generation, vector databases, and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Mentor development teams on AI system design, responsible AI practices, and architectural best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline with a strong AI focus.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML, data analytics, software or data engineering, AI integration, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large‑scale AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
