AI Solution Architect

About the role

The AI Solution Architect will act as the bridge between executive strategy and hands‑on technical delivery, leading AI ideation, prototyping and enterprise‑wide deployment. Reporting to the CIO, you will present AI roadmaps to C‑suite leaders and translate them into production‑grade Proof‑of‑Concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑present AI strategies and business cases to C‑suite executives, securing funding and alignment for generative AI, agentic workflows and Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
• Architect, build and deploy production‑grade Proof‑of‑Concepts using the full Microsoft stack, establishing best practices for AI governance, prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Collaborate with the Data Architect to design data pipelines, storage and integration layers, and provide technical guidance to regional development leads in Mainland China and overseas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise AI/ML deployments.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for cross‑regional communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Mainland China and other overseas sites.

• Microsoft Azure Data Services, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio.
• AI/ML development, Large Language Models, prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Relational and non‑relational database design, enterprise analytics and data integration patterns.
