Alumni Relations Manager – Development & Alumni Office

About the role

The Development and Alumni Office is looking for a dynamic Alumni Relations Manager to strengthen connections with our alumni worldwide. You will lead communication initiatives, create engaging content, and organise memorable events that keep our alumni community informed and inspired.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement alumni engagement strategies across local and international audiences.
• Manage and produce a regular eNewsletter, website updates, and mobile app content.
• Write compelling copy that resonates with alumni and supports the institution’s brand.
• Plan, coordinate and execute alumni events, both virtual and face‑to‑face.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (recognised).
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing or the education sector.
• Proven experience in event management is an advantage.
