Analyst, Digital Strategy & Marketing Communications

About the role

WeMine is seeking an Analyst in Digital Strategy & Marketing Communications to become the strategic mind behind its social media channels. You will understand audiences, shape content, and leverage data to help brands make smarter marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social‑media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Redbook and LinkedIn.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
• Monitor performance, analyse data with Google Analytics 4 and produce actionable insights.
• Research unfamiliar tools, test possible approaches and present recommendations to senior team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to communicate findings and support decision‑making.

• Comfortable learning new platforms independently and seeking advice when needed.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Redbook, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of social media advertising, campaign setup and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis.
