Assistant Analyst, FP&A

About the role

Tory Burch, an American luxury lifestyle brand founded in 2004, is hiring an Assistant Analyst, FP&A in Hong Kong. The role supports the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia in planning, budgeting and analysis of the Asia retail, wholesale and travel retail businesses, and takes part in ad hoc projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance analysis reports
• Prepare regional management reports and ensure compliance with group policies
• Report and analyse business performance and follow up on budget deviations
• Work closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia to prepare the annual budget and forecasts
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1 year of experience in financial planning, preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to meet tight deadlines

Required skills

• Strong Excel and modelling skills
• Sound knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
