Assistant Club Services Officer

About the role

The Assistant Club Services Officer supports the daily operation of the clubhouse and assists in delivering a wide range of recreational activities for residents. This position works closely with the Estate Manager to ensure a high‑quality experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of club‑based recreational programmes.
• Maintain clubhouse facilities, equipment and inventory.
• Provide front‑desk support, respond to member enquiries and handle bookings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and service standards.
• Prepare activity reports and assist in budgeting tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Recreation Management, Physical Education or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in clubhouse operations or organising recreational activities (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to work a 9.5‑hour shift (07:15 am – 10:15 pm) six days a week with alternate Saturdays off and public holidays.
