Assistant Customer Service Officer

About the role

Avery Dennison, a global materials science and digital identification solutions company, is hiring an Assistant Customer Service Officer in Kowloon. The role focuses on providing excellent service by managing customer inquiries and processing orders accurately, working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle order processing and system updates within the required time frame.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and preparing sales-related reports such as daily sales reports.
• Support, back up and assist other team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some experience in customer service or a related field; facing customers is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic computer skills.
