Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the Director of Marketing Communications in shaping the hotel’s digital presence across all revenue pillars. Based in Hong Kong, you will ensure a seamless user experience on the website, online shop and social platforms while driving growth for a luxury hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the hotel website, including monthly content, menus and promotional pages, and submit changes to head office.
• Monitor competitor activity, travel review sites and produce monthly analytics reports on web traffic and social media performance.
• Drive revenue for the online shop by overseeing SEM/SEO strategies, managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, and uploading new products.
• Plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, using tracking codes, Google Analytics, Data Studio and Adobe Analytics.
• Develop and manage social media and digital promotions, build relationships with online partners for competitions and events, and support the annual direct‑marketing plan.
• Mentor marketing trainees, attend Marcomm meetings, and perform any additional duties assigned by the Director.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to develop brand storytelling and partnerships.
