Assistant Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to support the management of key accounts and help drive sales growth across assigned channels. The role involves close collaboration with marketing teams and customers to implement trade marketing initiatives and ensure targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales channels and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts to maximize business growth.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and customers to implement trade marketing initiatives and sales plans.
• Coordinate sales activities and build strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, market analyses, and business insights.
• Support ad‑hoc sales projects and other assigned duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of key account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Ability to process Chinese language documents.
