Assistant Manager, Agency Recruitment

About the role

Prudential's Assistant Manager, Agency Recruitment supports the Agent Recruitment team by providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters so that planning and recruitment campaigns can run smoothly. The role works closely with the agency force to help achieve recruitment targets, and focuses on recruiting Mainland Chinese talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives to achieve Prudential Hong Kong's agency force recruitment goals.
• Help create digital content promoting the recruitment proposition, focused on Mainland Chinese audiences such as university graduates and professionals.
• Support partnerships with Mainland Chinese universities, professional bodies and other entities.
• Organise and run recruitment events with Mainland Chinese speakers and guests.
• Review agency performance and companywide KPIs, and identify agency recruitment needs.

Required profile

• Over 7 years of experience working in Mainland China, with strong knowledge of the market.
• Mainland Chinese media, communications or PR experience is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Simplified Chinese; native Mandarin is required.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluent Mandarin is an advantage.
