Assistant Manager, Data Analytics

About the role

Join a well‑established international financial services organisation and support the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives that drive business performance and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support sales, marketing, customer retention and growth objectives.
• Manage and optimise lead‑management reporting, monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates and performance metrics.
• Design, develop and maintain management dashboards, automated reports and visualisation tools for key stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams to identify process‑improvement opportunities and enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support compensation and incentive reporting by analysing commission, performance and distribution data.
• Participate in analytics and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of reporting and data solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, management reporting or performance management.
• Experience within insurance, banking, financial services or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
