Assistant Manager, Data & Analytics

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Data & Analytics will join HAECO's ERP Solutions team to support the development and daily management of the enterprise data architecture, governance framework and information management practices. Acting as the bridge between the TT business unit and Group IT’s Data Platform Programme, the role ensures local analytics, reporting and AI initiatives align with the overall data strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture principles, standards and governance across operational, reporting, analytics and AI environments.
• Advance data governance practices, including ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage, quality and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Group IT to align local data needs with the enterprise data platform strategy.
• Improve analytics readiness by enhancing data quality, consistency, availability and reusability.
• Conduct AI data readiness assessments covering quality, privacy, security and responsible use.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, application and infrastructure teams, and vendors to build secure, scalable data capabilities.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in data architecture, data governance or analytics platform design.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
