Assistant Manager – Stewarding

About the role

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager – Stewarding to join its vibrant food and beverage team. This position ensures smooth stewardship operations, supporting guests and staff in a high‑volume, luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a hands‑on presence on the floor, especially during peak periods, to oversee stewarding activities.
• Establish and control inventory levels and par stocks for all operating equipment, FF&E, and supplies.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage requisitioning, storage, and proper use of equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Motivated team player with strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and detailed orientation.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum two years’ experience as an Assistant Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a 5‑star hotel.
