About the role
The Assistant Property Officer will support the day‑to‑day operations of a residential building managed by MTR Corporation. This role combines front‑desk duties with administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication with residents and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Perform operational duties for a residential building, including reception, handling calls and enquiries, preparing correspondence and reports.
- Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate documentation for the property.
Required profile
- Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least five subjects of HKCEE/HKDSE, including English and Chinese languages.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service or property management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing.
- Competent use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
