Assistant Regional Director Operations Finance

About the role

The Assistant Regional Director Operations Finance supports the Regional Director and acts as a finance business partner for hotels across the Asia Pacific and Middle East. Based in the Hong Kong corporate office, the role combines financial oversight, operational excellence, and project leadership for a portfolio of luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day financial support to local hotel finance teams within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and corporate policies.
• Analyse monthly results, identify profit‑improvement opportunities, and develop business cases.
• Review and validate budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow statements.
• Lead finance aspects of hotel openings, re‑branding projects, and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Conduct Controller Self‑Assessment (CSAQ) reviews and other ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality finance, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with senior hotel leaders and regional vice‑presidents.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
