Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the TOD'S Group Hong Kong store in delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, uphold brand standards, and develop the team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in retail sales management and monitor store KPIs.
• Support teams in the selling process, store operations and act as a role model.
• Help manage store staffing, training and coaching initiatives.
• Maintain the visual merchandising and overall store environment.
• Ensure CRM KPIs are met, manage client portfolios and identify development opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and uphold high service quality.
• Contribute to store events and programs to boost brand awareness.
• Prepare relevant reports for management.

Required profile

• Tertiary education or above.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in luxury.
• Strong business acumen, logical mindset and excellent interpersonal communication.
• People‑oriented supervisory skills with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP retail.
