About the role
The Associate – Client & Broker Engagement will support the business development and marketing teams by extracting data, generating reports, and providing analytical insights to drive campaign performance and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Extract data from databases and produce regular reports.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑campaign analysis, delivering insights to inform marketing strategy.
- Run ad‑hoc analyses to support business users and track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with business development and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Required profile
- University graduate preferred.
- 1 year of analytics experience is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High energy, service‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn about financial institutions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
