Associate Legal Counsel – Immediate Start

About the role

AlphaSights is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its global legal team in Hong Kong. The role offers immediate start and provides autonomy to handle multi‑jurisdictional legal matters across the company’s nine offices.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with client services and clients’ legal/compliance teams to ensure safe knowledge access.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal policies and procedures to manage risk.
• Design and deliver legal and compliance training programmes for business units.
• Handle evolving legal areas such as intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions, regulatory compliance, employment and taxation.

Required profile

• Resilient, high‑energy self‑starter focused on commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills across global teams.
• Attention to detail, curiosity and ability to devise clear solutions.
