Associate Medical Education Manager, Shoulder & Enabling Technology

About the role

Stryker is looking for an Associate Medical Education Manager to lead the development and execution of medical education programs for its Shoulder portfolio and enabling technologies across the Asia Pacific region. The role partners with healthcare professionals, faculty, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality educational initiatives that support technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional medical education programs and learning pathways aligned with business priorities and customer educational needs.
• Partner with healthcare professionals, faculty members, and key opinion leaders to design and deliver educational events, training programs, and digital learning initiatives.
• Build and maintain a network of clinical faculty and subject matter experts across Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Digital Education to create curriculum and content for new and existing technologies.
• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, participant feedback, utilization data and post‑program evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in medical education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, clinical support or marketing.
• Experience leading multiple education programs or training initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for program management, reporting and presentations.
