Associate Recruitment Consultant (IT Focus)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant with a focus on IT to join our growing recruitment team. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level IT positions, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for entry-level IT openings.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and assess credentials against position requirements.
• Utilise recruitment technologies and databases to support sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in a professional corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience with recruitment technology and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
