Associate Specialist – HR Operations (1‑year Contract)

About the role

The Global HR Operations team is looking for an Associate Specialist to support the delivery of HR services across the company on a one‑year contract. You will act as a primary point of contact for employees and partners, ensuring accurate processing of HR transactions and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and partner inquiries via phone, case‑management system, chat and email, providing timely resolutions.
• Manage employee movements, including document preparation, system updates and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Track and follow up on lifecycle processes such as visa applications, probation periods, contract extensions, leave management and terminations.
• Administer onboarding for new joiners and support mass recruitment or ad‑hoc HR projects.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with internal controls.
• Conduct quality audits and generate reports to minimise risk.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
