At Your Service Agent

About the role

The At Your Service Agent, part of the Guest Experience team at Sheraton, ensures every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will be the friendly face that guides guests, handles their requests, and creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any in‑house service requests.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Process operational tasks such as completing reports and updating guest records.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
