AV Project Manager – Systems Integration

About the role

AVI‑SPL is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the direction, coordination, implementation and delivery of audio‑visual systems integration projects. You will ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer‑satisfaction targets while following AVI‑SPL’s established processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings with sales, engineering, programming, fabrication, installation and third‑party resources.
• Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, resource allocations and material/equipment orders.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify cost issues and communicate impacts on profitability.
• Maintain quality standards for internal and subcontracted work and manage change orders according to company procedures.
• Travel to job sites as required and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve Net Promoter Score goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in audio‑visual, construction or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, control budgets and timelines, and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation skills.
• Full working rights in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).
