About the role

Join a leading management consulting practice focused on banking transformation. You will work directly with C‑suite executives, board members and senior leaders of top‑tier financial institutions to design and implement enterprise‑wide change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with industry‑leading clients on their top‑priority transformation agendas.
• Co‑create innovative solutions to complex banking challenges and translate them into actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Define business case inputs, cost estimates and collaborate with delivery teams to maximise client value.
• Mobilise project teams, set up delivery structures and support global and market‑level sales efforts.
• Articulate technology‑driven visions, identify value‑creation opportunities and integrate cutting‑edge business/technology solutions.
• Lead the development of thought‑leadership assets that showcase market‑relevant insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or banking and capital‑markets.
• Experience in transformation or change functions within retail banks, investment banks, wholesale or private banks.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation programs, preferably in banking operations.
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Customer‑facing expertise to engage senior stakeholders on decision‑making, risk management and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Commercial mindset focused on delivering best‑value solutions.
