Bid Manager – Commercial & Project Bids

About the role

Prepare bid and commercial offers for clients, covering unsolicited opportunities and responses to RFPs. The Bid Manager works closely with Business Development, the Project Management Office, Heads of Practice and external engineers to deliver high‑quality proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate bidding strategies, map partners and competitors, and coordinate the overall bid submission process (technical, financial, contractual).
• Develop and review bid documentation, prepare technical, contractual and financial elements for approval, and ensure timely, high‑quality submissions.
• Produce bid submission matrices, program schedules, and manage formatting and information flow from authors.
• Define design requirements for tenders, maintain knowledge of alternative technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of bid tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years on airport or large transportation projects.
• Architecture or Engineering degree (e.g., Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, Systems).
• Proven success in winning bids for airports, transportation or large infrastructure projects, preferably in Asia or the Middle East.
• Willingness to travel as required and strong knowledge of international legal, business and financial principles in the airport industry.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with a high emphasis on quality and confidentiality.
