Boutique Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Van Cleef & Arpels as a Boutique Assistant and become an ambassador of the Maison’s heritage and craftsmanship. You will work side‑by‑side with sales associates to ensure every client enjoys a seamless, memorable experience in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, managing waiting times and enhancing the boutique atmosphere.
• Assist sales associates during client presentations and support product preparation.
• Prepare the workspace, handle payment procedures, and perform boutique‑specific customer service tasks such as engraving and polishing.
• Contribute to daily boutique operations, including workspace setup and product readiness.
• Promote a positive team spirit by actively participating in boutique life.

Required profile

• Curious, enthusiastic, and dynamic personality with a passion for teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a retail setting and delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
