Brand Controller – Finance Business Partner for HK & Macau

About the role

The Brand Controller will act as the primary finance business partner for our luxury maisons operating in Hong Kong and Macau. You will support both retail and wholesale functions, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic objectives while providing insightful analysis to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with maisons and functions to comment on, challenge and explain financial results.
• Analyse budget and forecast variances, safeguarding P&L and asset objectives.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports for headquarters and local management.
• Provide operational support on policy, procedure, compliance and financial impact for retail and wholesale operations.
• Participate in finance transformation projects, coordinating with Regional Finance and IT to automate reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 6 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, management reporting or retail finance.
• Strong analytical mindset, commercial sense and proven business‑partnering experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
