Brand Representative – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

CASETiFY is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver an outstanding in‑store experience across its Hong Kong locations (Festival Walk, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Causeway Bay and New Town Plaza). The role is full‑time, front‑line and focused on helping customers discover and personalize tech accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, recommend suitable products and provide product demonstrations.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns, inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of sales promotions, policies and product information.
• Support inventory tasks such as unpacking deliveries, checking stock levels and keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet overall store goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of retail experience.
• Fluent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Ability to work shift schedules and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
