Brand Representative – YOHO Mall

About the role

Our Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, authentically representing the brand, and helping create a welcoming environment for all.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service, anticipate customer needs, and offer product support and styling guidance.
• Support product replenishment, maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging, and sizing.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Support omni‑channel operations by handling Save the Sale orders, in‑store pick‑up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
