Business Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Account Manager who will become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of business partners, helping them maximise the value of our platform while identifying new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage long‑term relationships with a portfolio of business partners.
• Advise partners on how to maximise the value of Flexii and increase platform adoption.
• Understand customers’ operations, anticipate workforce needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations and Product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer issues and escalations with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Gather feedback and turn insights into recommendations for product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, customer success or a client‑facing role.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to understand problems before proposing solutions.
• Critical thinker who can connect the dots and make sound decisions.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
• Positive team player who supports colleagues and celebrates success.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment where priorities evolve.
