Business Applications Lead

About the role

The Business Applications Lead owns GoGlobal's internal business applications stack, including CRM, ERP/finance, HRIS and ticketing. This hands‑on technical leadership role ensures the platforms are stable, secure and continuously improved while driving automation and AI adoption across Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and evolve the core business applications portfolio, managing configuration, release cycles and vendor relationships.
• Lead integrations between applications (SSO, data synchronization, process orchestration) and partner with Master Data Management to ensure data quality.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation and responsive support, while maintaining access controls, audit trails and segregation‑of‑duties compliance.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities, embed AI‑assisted tools, and collaborate with the Automations function to scale capabilities responsibly.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with business applications, hands‑on SaaS administration and configuration of CRM, ERP/finance, HRIS or ticketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to gather operational requirements and translate them into well‑scoped, testable application changes.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting non‑technical users.
