Business Development Director – Financial Crime Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead our Financial Crime Compliance and Fraud & Identity portfolio within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this senior sales role you will drive profitable growth across the Asia‑Pacific region, shape strategic sales plans and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LN Risk sales plans, delivering profitable annual sales volume.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a high‑performing business development team against measurable targets.
• Partner with senior management to define strategic sales objectives for Asia‑Pacific payments.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, anticipating and resolving issues.
• Provide market intelligence and adapt sales strategies to evolving risk‑solution markets.
• Establish performance metrics, track pipeline, forecasts and sales cycle dynamics.
• Conduct operational reviews and ensure compliance with strategic directives.
• Design and deliver training programs for sales representatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Strong experience in financial crime compliance, fraud prevention or risk‑analytics solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
