About the role

Join ShopBack’s new ShopBack Pay initiative and help small and medium businesses earn cashback both offline and online. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in business development and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth by acquiring and onboarding SMB merchant partners for ShopBack Pay.
• Prospect, pitch, close and nurture partnerships with merchants.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and new opportunities to shape growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management and Marketing teams to execute initiatives.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and merchant experience.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Self‑starter mindset, resilient, curious and quick to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
