Business Development Manager – 3D Fashion Solutions

About the role

CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive innovation in 3D digitisation workflows and expand our technology across fashion companies in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia. You will act as the face of the company, presenting our vision, technology and product portfolio to prospective clients and guiding projects from sale to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Present and engage with C‑level executives to communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Manage the sales pipeline, convert prospects, and oversee onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with the 3D Design and Implementation Team to plan and deploy 3D software, cloud platforms and connected services.
• Provide client support via email, calls and video conferences.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify expansion opportunities and B2B customer needs.
• Serve as a liaison between global CLO offices to strengthen product adoption across the supply chain.
• Deliver presentations at industry events, exhibitions, seminars and panels.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the apparel industry, technology/start‑up sector, or fashion marketing/business.
• Proven ability to own projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Strong, customer‑oriented communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking, critical problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Tech‑savvy with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Legal right to work in Hong Kong (permanent residency or valid employment visa).
