About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform, is expanding and needs a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams and nurture key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong business relationships with strategic clients.
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities to grow the e‑commerce business.
Support internal teams in preparing proposals and leading client discussions.
Maintain structured tracking of leads and follow‑up activities to maximise conversion rates.
Travel occasionally to the United States for business development initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with e‑commerce exposure.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and multitasking attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Fluency in English and Cantonese.
