Business Development Manager – Flexible Office Solutions

About the role

Compass Offices is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales of flexible office solutions across Hong Kong. You will focus on hunting new opportunities, guiding clients from initial interest to final agreement, while the client services team handles day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients from opportunity to final solutions across our product range, including virtual offices, private offices and enterprise solutions.
• Identify expansion and referral opportunities within existing accounts and manage rent reviews, renewals and dispute resolution to ensure client retention.
• Build and maintain a network of local contacts such as real‑estate brokers, chambers of commerce and corporate service providers.
• Collaborate with other Compass departments and regional teams to provide a one‑stop shop for flexible office needs across Asia‑Pacific.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Highly driven, proactive, solution‑oriented and resilient with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities, able to quickly understand client needs.
• Collaborative team player who takes ownership of individual responsibilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese and business English, both written and spoken.
