Business Development Manager – Foreign Trade

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our overseas export trade operations. You will be responsible for driving growth in the optical eyewear and packaging sectors by acquiring new clients, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end export trade activities, including client acquisition, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, shipment follow‑up, and after‑sales service.
• Expand international markets and build stable overseas channels using our platform and supply‑chain resources to meet sales and profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry changes to refine business strategies and enhance global competitiveness.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure efficient order delivery and risk control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in foreign trade and export business with familiarity in international trade procedures, customs declaration, documentation, and cross‑border settlement.
• Existing client resources or mature overseas channels in the optical eyewear or packaging industry.
• Strong business negotiation, client development, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Integrity, dedication, resilience, and a long‑term growth mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese for direct overseas client communication.
• Hong Kong permanent residency is preferred.
